Theology of Angels ($10 per person)
Dallas Carter, Jr.

Our catechism teaches that "Beside each believer stands an angel as protector and shepherd leading him to life" [CCC 336]. It is a wonderful grace to know that we each have a guardian angel! But how much do we know about the angels? What do they look like? How do they communicate? What role do they have in our lives, in our Church, in salvation history? There are many perennial traditions about angels that have been passed on through history and have been extrapolated by theologians throughout the ages. Join me as we explore the depth and beauty God's celestial hierarchy!

Play & Pray for children in pre-school through grade 1 (Parent/guardian must be attending afternoon session below.)
$5 per child
Dying to Talk About It: How Catholic families can begin the conversations on Death & Dying and End-of-Life decisions. (No Fee)
Tanya Barbero

Death is not the happiest subject there is. But it ought to be. If it is not, it is because we are still too much attached to the world, and not enough attached to God. This informal and interactive session will allow participants to explore their personal views and interpersonal communication on the subject of end-of-life care. Participants will also receive a copy of the new diocesan Catholic Advanced Health Care Directive.
