She writes: “I retired after 12 years from the state as a custodial worker. Prior to coming to Immaculate Conception, I worked as a guide at Iolani Palace for about two years. My legs gave out and I could not walk for two and a half months and I had to crawl. “One day I forced myself to come to Immaculate Conception and I put Holy Water on my legs and could walk better. I have been giving my time and myself to the Lord since then. I started with the thrift shop, expanded the food pantry. Essie was the Social Ministry coordinator at the time. Last year I became the Social Ministry coordinator. My goal is to serve Jesus through serving the community.” Welcome Mary Lee to our team!
