Conclusions In summary, each Christian has received one or more spiritual gifts through Baptism and Confirmation. They are free graces given by God to be used to do His Will to build a healthy and vibrant Body of Christ. They are effective, give those who use them joy, love and peace, never lead to burnt-out, and are affirmed by others. Their range in a community is based on its needs and will vary as the needs change. What was essential in the first days of Christianity is still very true in our days, as our Popes reminded us. The parishes, vicariates and diocese, as well as the world, are waiting anxiously to see the range of our spiritual gifts, gifts that are recognized and used to bring Joy, Love and Peace in our world.
