With the publication of Witness to Jesus: Diocesan Road Map for Pastoral, Program and Facility Needs, the strategic planning process for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Honolulu comes to closure and the implementation process begins. Based on listening sessions held statewide, the following recommended actions were formed:
- Leadership development of clergy, lay staff, and volunteers
- Youth and Young Adult programs
- Faith Formation
- Homelessness
- Repair and maintenance of church and school facilities
- New parishes and facilities and management of land assets
